John Bevacqua on Taxation Law in the United States and Australia

John Bevacqua, Director of Teaching and Senior Lecturer at La Trobe Law School has recently published two journal articles on taxation law in the United States and Australia:

John practised as a tax and corporate lawyer for over 10 years before becoming an academic. He completed his PhD in 2010 which dealt with taxpayer rights to compensation for wrongs of the Commissioner of Taxation. He continues to pursue his research interests in tax administration and public policy and has rapidly built a reputation as a leader in the field of tax administration and taxpayer rights research.
