The Association exists to foster and encourage the pursuit of knowledge of banking law and practice, and disseminating that knowledge among members of the legal profession, the banking industry and the commercial community at large.
The Association achieves its aims principally by means of seminars, conferences, discussions, lectures and the publication of papers and books on relevant subjects. The Association endeavours to be responsive to the needs of its members in achieving its aims.
